Onsite IT Support Engineer Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues. Work independently and as part of a team to provide onsite support to our clients. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment. Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory. Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies. Document your approach and problem resolution in a ticketing system. Manage IT assets. Skills: Experience with onsite support and ticketing systems. Fluent in Dutch and English. Familiar with Mac OS and various software applications. Experience with Managed Print Service (MPS), mobile phone configuration (Apple and Android) using MS Intune, and MS Office 365. Customer-oriented approach.
