TasksAs our Office Manager, you’re the heartbeat of the organization. You’ll support the leadership team, streamline internal processes, and be the go-to person for HR, administration, and financial coordination.
Your key responsibilities include:
HR & People Operations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of team members
- Manage employment contracts and personnel files
- Track leave, sick days, and other HR-related data
- Support continuous improvement of internal HR processes
- Act as the point of contact for payroll and HR tools (e.g. Gusto, Nmbrs)
Office, Finance & Administrative Support
- Create and manage outgoing invoices; track incoming payments
- General administrative tasks (document management, team logistics)
- Liaise with accounting or finance partners to ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Organize team events, offsites, and internal meetingsKeep the office (and team) running smoothly and efficiently
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or HR/Finance Support
- Experience with HR tools (e.g. Gusto, Nmbrs) and basic financial admin (invoicing, expense tracking)
- Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or bookkeeping platforms (Exact)
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Discreet, approachable, and people-focused
- Hours: 24–32 hours per week (negotiable)
- Contract type: 6 months with an opportunity for extended period
