Tasks

As our Office Manager, you’re the heartbeat of the organization. You’ll support the leadership team, streamline internal processes, and be the go-to person for HR, administration, and financial coordination.

Your key responsibilities include:

HR & People Operations

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of team members
  • Manage employment contracts and personnel files
  • Track leave, sick days, and other HR-related data
  • Support continuous improvement of internal HR processes
  • Act as the point of contact for payroll and HR tools (e.g. Gusto, Nmbrs)

Office, Finance & Administrative Support

  • Create and manage outgoing invoices; track incoming payments
  • General administrative tasks (document management, team logistics)
  • Liaise with accounting or finance partners to ensure accurate bookkeeping
  • Organize team events, offsites, and internal meetingsKeep the office (and team) running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or HR/Finance Support
  • Experience with HR tools (e.g. Gusto, Nmbrs) and basic financial admin (invoicing, expense tracking)
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or bookkeeping platforms (Exact)
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Discreet, approachable, and people-focused
Benefits
  • Hours: 24–32 hours per week (negotiable)
