- Freelance role - 6 months - 40 hoursStart in January
- Be the main point of contact for colleagues (including for basic IT matters) and external parties ( suppliers);
- Seek possibilities to optimise the office management support function, leading to an increased service;
- Responsible for the functionality and capacity of office supplies and office equipment (printers, kitchen, devices, phone system etc.).Arrange for services when meetings are held ( taxi, catering, etc.);
- Prepare all invoices for digital approval process by scanning and uploading into the account payable software;
- Work together with HR on on- and off-boarding of staff members.
- Minimum 3 year's experience as an Office Manager;
- Available to commute to the Amsterdam office on a daily basis;
- Per immediately - start ASAP;
- Fluent in Dutch & English;
- You have KvK & Chamber of Commerce.
- Hourly rate: 50 euros;
- Temporary Assignment: at least 6 months ;
- Travel allowance.
