Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high-quality coffees safely, on time, and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.

We are looking for a performance-driven individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn to join our team as an Office Executive Assistant.

Type – Part-Time

Duration – FTE

Hours – 20 hours per week

Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

Location – Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Tasks
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Oversee and manage the coffee sample database efficiently, ensuring accurate and updated records.
  • Prepare coffee sample packages in the office and dispatch to clients
  • Manage filing of key documentation, mail communication and records management
  • Assist in capturing meeting minutes, agenda management and related correspondence
Requirements
  • Fresher or individuals with 1-2 years of relevant office-related experience
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication within the office environment.
  • Polished interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor, both in-person and over the phone/email.
