You have excellent communication skills. You are accurate, stress-resistant and have a service-oriented and results-oriented attitude. You have an open and active attitude, you are honest, self-learning and can work independently. You have a sense of systematicity, are flexible and are good at complicating things. You have an MBO working and thinking level. Technician's diploma Experience in motorsport is a plus.
