MNX Global Logistics BV, a UPS Company, is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator for their location in Hoofddorp, Contour Avenue 77 (2133 LD). Our customers are life science companies, and ultimately patients count on us!

At MNX we are very customer oriented. We ensure that high-quality shipments arrive within set and tight(!) timelines, required specifications and according to the expectations of our customers. We ship all over the world.
You are an experienced Logistics Coordinator, specifically in radioactive shipments, who makes every effort to ensure that the job gets done. You are passionate about sending life science products. You like to work under high time pressure, take high responsibility and have a great eye for detail. You hold yourself and others accountable and you are very customer focused.
What you will do:
- You manage and coordinate all international shipments and document workflows.
- You maintain contact with customers (phone/email); keep them fully informed of the status of their shipments.
- You strictly follow the work procedures. You follow the delivery schedule, and you maintain contact with the partner network.
- You take care of invoicing, shipments, shipping costs etc.
- You do not mind rolling up your sleeves in the warehouse, to: receive goods, inspection based on batch/lot place the boxes in storage and prepare it for shipment

Functie eisen
- Bachelor's degree or comparable in logistics management or a related field is preferred.
- You are in possession of or are able to obtain a declaration of no objection (verklaring van geen bezwaar (VGB)). Therefor you will have worked and lived in the Netherlands or another EU country in the last 8 years.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Transport and Logistics sector in the lifescience industry.
- Demonstrated experience with radioactive transport, DJ class 7, is an advantage.
- Experience in shipping lifescience products such as medical devices is an advantage.
- Trained in IATA CBTA 7.1 & 7.3 is an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience with GDP, Dangerous Goods, is an advantage.
- Experience in a GMP/GDP facility is a preference.
- Languages: English is required. Dutch, French, German or another European language is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- High degree of customer focus.
- Very accurate and detailed.
- Problem solver.
