As a Mise en Place Chef at The Seafood Bar, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing and organizing fresh ingredients for an exceptional seafood dining experience. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently during service, while maintaining top-notch hygiene and food safety standards. What we offer you:
Salary: Around €16.87 gross per hour (including 8% holiday pay and vacation days).
Tips: On average, €700 in cash per month for full-time work.
Travel allowance: From 10km up to a maximum of €250 per month.
Flexibility: A flexible contract with the potential for fixed hours.
Growth opportunities: Room for advancement to Sous Chef or even Head Chef.

A Mise en Place Chef available for 40 hours, spread over 5 days. Working hours will be from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.
We are currently looking for people who are willing to work on a 0-hour contract basis.

VereistenWhat will you be doing?
As a Mise en Place Chef at The Seafood Bar, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing all the ingredients needed for the dishes. You ensure that all products are properly cut, washed, and prepped, so the kitchen staff can work quickly and efficiently during service. Additionally, you will oversee stock management and ensure that the kitchen is always well-stocked. You will work closely with the chefs to maintain the highest quality and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Who are you?
You have at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
You are available on weekends.
You speak Dutch or English.
You are familiar with hygiene regulations and food safety (HACCP).
You have a passion for seafood, and knowledge about it is a plus
