About Our Client:
Our new client in Tilburg is seeking a metal production worker. Do you feel comfortable working independently on metal structures and want to contribute to fire safety at Philips Stadium or Efteling?
Who You Are:
You are a determined individual with some experience in working with metal. That's exactly what our client is looking for. We are happy to train you to work independently on metal constructions. If you bring the energy, we will teach you the trade!
What You'll Do:
First, we'll assess your experience, manual skills, cutting, grinding, and drilling abilities. How well can you read blueprints? Reading blueprints is essential for taking further steps. If you can work independently, these are important tasks you'll be responsible for:
- Reading production blueprints and translating them into finished products
- Properly setting up equipment for processing and cutting profiles and sheets
- Utilizing your welding skills to assemble various steel products
- Finishing the whole with attention to quality and identifying any deviations
What You'll Get from Us:

- Open and friendly work environment in a close-knit team at a family-owned company in Tilburg
- Monday to Friday work hours from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm
- Regular team-building activities such as Friday afternoon meetings, summer barbecues, and New Year's breakfasts
- Compensation commensurate with your experience ranging from 14.00 to 17 euros depending on your experience
What We Expect from You:
- Basic experience in metalworking
- Precision, organization, and willingness to take responsibility
- Willingness to work in a team
- Basic experience with MIG/MAG welding or willingness to undergo training in this area
- Good command of the English language
