  • Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers and healthcare members;
  • Campaign Coordination: Prepare and coordinate sales office campaigns;
  • Account Manager Support: Assist in-field Account Managers and maintain strong relationships with the existing customer base;
  • CRM Management: Update CRM with customer interactions;
  • Sales Campaigns: Participate in product sales campaigns;
  • Opportunity Identification: Utilize dashboards and tools to identify actions and opportunities;
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in activities to enhance our customer service;
  • Tender Preparation: Assist in preparing sales tenders for Capital Products;
  • Data Analysis: Review sales data to identify target opportunities, spend patterns, and actual vs. target spend for customers on commitment deals;
  • Lead Generation: Approach customers to generate leads for the field sales team;
  • Event Coordination: Drive local congresses in BNL, Education Days, and other loyalty programs (KOL/CEO).

Functie eisen

1 Education: Bachelor's Degree
2 Experience:

* Minimum 2 years in a Marketing support role;
* Experience in a customer-facing environment, either remotely or face-to-face;
* Experience in marketing and organizing local events, programs, and campaigns;
* Office-based customer service experience dealing with sales and marketing tasks;
* Proficiency in using ERP systems to manage orders, CRM systems to manage customer communications, and BI systems to analyze performance metrics.

* Skills:

* Fluent in English and a big pre if you are fluent in Dutch;
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
* Positive 'can do' attitude in achieving business and team goals;
* Proficiency in IT tools including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ERP Systems (e.g., Sage, Oracle, Navision)
