What does Managing Recruitment Consultant is responsible for?
For our Rotterdam office, I'm seeking an ambitious and motivated Senior Consultant with leadership aspirations and experience in 360-degree recruitment. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading a rapidly growing contracting team, driving the office to new heights while actively participating in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include expanding sales, developing and mentoring existing team members, recruiting and training new consultants, and enhancing our culture and standards. You will receive ongoing support and guidance from the Group Director, fostering an informal yet goal-oriented partnership with continuous growth opportunities. This role demands responsibility, initiative, passion, and a strong ambition for growth.

Functie eisen
What are we looking for in our new Managing Recruitment Consultant ?* Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English is a must.
* Experience in recruitment (360) and placement (preferably in contracting);
* Leadership/coaching experience in sales recruitment (at least 1 year);
* Passion for growth and improvement;
* Living in the Rotterdam area (or willing to relocate).
