In the role of Manager Control, you are responsible for:
- Managing and leading the control department;
- Monitoring and optimizing financial and operational performance;
- Optimizing and monitoring financial processes;
- Preparing budgets and analyzing financial results;
- Reporting and providing advice to the management team;
- Acting as a sparring partner for the business;
- Taking a proactive role in identifying opportunities and challenges and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives.
The gross annual salary for this position will be determined on your experience and skillset, and will range between €90.000 to €120.000 including holiday pay.
How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Functie eisen
* Master degree with additional accounting certification;* Experience in a similar role with leadership experience;
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders;
* Skilled in team management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making;
* Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred.
