Machine Operator

Dit ga je doenAs a machine operator, your responsibility is to fulfill the planning of your filling line by streamlining the production process. By clearly instructing the production staff assisting you and engaging them in the process, you guarantee meticulous handling of every order. Proficiency in English is required, along with a willingness to learn Dutch. Additional language skills in Ukrainian, Polish, or Arabic are advantageous. Swiftly managing product changes and resolving frequent malfunctions minimizes line downtime, ensuring a smooth operation with time for cleanup and contemplation of process enhancements.Following an extensive training period, you will have the ability to operate autonomously among the machines on the filling lines. In executing tasks independently, it is important to consider various factors, including:

• Reading filling orders and calling for the required materials in a timely manner;
• Converting and setting up the production line based on the filling orders;
• Manually connecting hoses in the various manifolds for the supply of the product to be filled;
• Adjusting/replacing label rolls during the production process;
• Setting and adjusting the filling speed during the production process;
• Resolving common malfunctions
• Taking samples for quality measurements;
• All occurring activities as indicated by the team leader.
• Ensuring that the safety of colleagues is guaranteed
