In the morning, you arrive at work, grab a cup of coffee with your colleagues, and head to the production floor. With enthusiasm, you start your day, ready for the tasks ahead.
Throughout the day, your responsibilities include supplying meat, monitoring the machines, adjusting them as necessary, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. If you encounter a problem you can't solve alone or need assistance with your tasks, your colleagues are nearby and always ready to help or even chat during work breaks.
At the end of the day, you ensure the production area is clean, gather your belongings, bid farewell to your colleagues, and wrap up your day.
Dit krijg je- Starting salary from €2600,- gross per month (excluding shift allowance).
- Shift allowance of 113% for every hour worked in a two-shift system.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
- 25 vacation days.
- 8% holiday pay.
- Good pension scheme.

Currently, the company operates in a day shift. In a few weeks, they will transition to a two-shift system, working Monday through Friday. The shifts alternate weekly between 04:00 to 13:00 and 12:45 to 22:00.
