At our client we have a challenging vacancy for a Team Leader Logistics who will be responsible for coordinating the logistics process in one department. As Team Leader Logistics you will work closely with an enthusiastic and motivated team, including the Assistant Team Leader, Logistics Administrative Staff and other Logistics Staff.
Your responsibilities as Team Leader are great, because the success of the department depends on your efforts. It is your job to make sure that the department there achieves the predetermined targets and KPIs on a daily basis. That is why you start every morning with a meeting with your fellow Team Leaders to see if the planning is feasible and what is going on in the departments.
Our client in Heijen is a logistics service provider and provides customized distribution to well-known brands such as Sony Playstation, Microsoft or Rituals. Besides classic logistics services such as warehousing, picking or transport management, this company also develops and manages complex e-commerce and IT platforms. This international organization is growing fast and is therefore looking for a Team Leader Logistics who wants to grow with the company. The working language is mostly English at this company.
Your day will include the following duties:
- Managing and adjusting the logistics processes.
- You make the planning of staff
- Monitoring processes and KPI's
- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Functie eisen
As Team Leader Logistics you have the following skills:
- You have MBO working and thinking level
- You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- You have some knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- You speak and write the English language
- You are a good connector; people-oriented
