As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing logistics staff. You will lead and organize the production process while actively participating in production activities as a supervisor.
Functie eisen
What You Will Do:Lead and motivate a small team of employees as a supervisor/team leader (m/f/d).
Coordinate your team and oversee personnel planning.
Prepare shift and vacation schedules in close collaboration with the logistics manager.
Plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ensure the smooth processing of orders.
Maintain high delivery and quality performance daily.
Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory levels.
What We Require:
Completed education and initial professional experience in logistics or previous experience as a team leader/supervisor/shift leader.
Goal-oriented, independent, and precise work style.
Experience in managing employees is desirable.
Organized, reliable, flexible, and assertive personality.
Willingness to work early and late shifts (no night shifts, no weekend work).
Proficiency in English and a good knowledge of German or Dutch.
What We Offer:
Annual Gross Salary: €38,000
Vacation Days: 28
Two fixed-term contracts of six months each, leading to permanent employment after one year.
40-hour workweek in a two-shift system, Monday through Friday.
