As a Logistics & Inventory Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of several key areas.
The primary aspects of your role will involve:
- container inbound planning and coordination
- taking the lead in collaborating with 3PL and freight forwarders
- prioritize inbound strategies and ensure that actual transit times are recorded and analyzed
- inventory management (managing the stock levels of all products, including finished goods and consumables, and report any discrepancies to your line manager)
- value-added services (VAS) coordination
- logistics administrative support
- analysing and handeling transport and warehouse claims registered by the customer or internal custumer service
- prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other related paperwork (Customs clearance procedures Import/Export)
Your role is a critical one, and it requires someone who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate efficiently. As a Logistics & Inventory Supervisor, you will need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while ensuring that everything is executed seamlessly and in a timely manner.
Salary indication for this position is €3500 gross per month.

Functie eisen
* Proven experience in 3PL/4PL warehouse logistics coordination, administration, or a similar role.* Diploma within Business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
* Experience with international freight and customs clearance (imports and exports)
* Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain management practices
* Advanced Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills
