Purpose of the position
· Coordinate all operational activities (Transport, Warehousing, etc.) in the Netherlands and other European countries
· Deal with service providers and partners in Europe. Ensure they provide a high level of service at competitive prices
· Manage operations communication flow with clients, colleagues from other offices and partners
Educational background / Work experience
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Education in any field, preferably in Logistics
· Preferably working experience in Freight forwarding / Shipping / Logistics industries
Key Tasks
· Handle routine operations: Air, Ocean, Project, Warehouse/Logistics
· Coordinate Subcontractors and Vendors in various countries in Europe (truckers, customs broker, etc.) in line with Global Standards
· Ensure highest level of service provided by suppliers and agents
· Maintain relationship with local carriers
· Handle SOPs for all major accounts
Job Type: Full-time
