For a client in Nootdorp we are looking for a Logistic Coordinator

Over de functie

The Logistic Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that logistics services are carried out efficiently, effectively and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards and in line with the client’s expectations and requirements. He/ she ensures customer satisfaction by planning logistic services accurately and constantly liaising with relevant stakeholders. The Logistic Coordinator is an all-around coordinator and is capable of independently carrying out the entire coordination process and knows everything about the process.

Goals & Responsibilities:

  • Plans logistic services: coordinates and schedules transportation, handyman work, movers, IT specialists, and other logistics services as needed.
  • Maintains communication with customers – this includes providing updates on progress, addressing any issues that arise, etc.
  • Liaises with various stakeholders.
  • Constantly monitors the process of assignments and acts accordingly.
  • Manages customs activities.
  • Works in a team and supports colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Multitasking: able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail;
  • Stress resistant: able to manage stress and stay calm in challenging situations;
  • Collegial: contributes to a friendly and open work environment and is willing to help others.
  • Proficient in English and Dutch
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good organizational skills
