Logistic Center Technician

In this role, you'll work closely with our Logistic Center Leads to keep warehouse operations running smoothly! From asset receiving, cleaning, and testing, to inventory control and storage of Cryoport's temperature-controlled shippers, you'll be at the heart of our mission—while following IATA, TSA, and DHS security guidelines.

You'll also help ensure everything's in tip-top shape by handling important documentation and supporting quality assurance and inventory management processes. It's a dynamic and vital role where every day brings new challenges and rewards!

We're looking for someone who thrives on achieving results, loves a good process, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves! If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to tackle everything from shipping cargo to managing LN2 tanks—all while embracing growth and learning—this could be the perfect fit for you!

• Results-driven, attention to detail, process-oriented.
• Ability to confidently operate personal computer
• Ability to read supply requisition forms and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to operate LN2 tank and refills
• Ability to ship domestic and International cargo
• Knowledge of either cGMP, GDP, Six Sigma or Kanban would be a plus
• Ability to perform under stressful conditions
• Willingness to embrace personal and professional development continually.

Your day-to-day will be all about keeping things moving smoothly, from processing inbound and outbound cargo to maintaining inventory and ensuring shipment compliance. You'll also be a pro at following safety protocols, managing SOPs, and safely operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, all while keeping the warehouse in tip-top shape!

• Process inbound and outbound shipping cargo/assets
• Maintain packaging inventory and perform inventory cycle counts
• Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and cargo security processes
• Manage SOPs and work instructions for warehouse activities
• Safely operate mechanical equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Process cryo-portal orders and ensure shipment compliance
• Follow all safety practices and warehouse controls daily
