For our client in Horst, specialising in blueberry trading, we are looking for a line operator.
In the position of line operator, you will manage a team of production workers. You will also ensure that the modern production/packaging lines run smoothly. You will also ensure that all rules, such as health and safety regulations, are observed.
In addition, the following tasks are also part of the line operator job:
- Managing all necessary equipment
- Ensuring that orders are realised
- Managing and motivating the team
- Reporting deviations (e.g. in planning or quality)

Functie eisen
As a line operator, we are looking for a strong team player who is keen to further optimise the team and its output. Furthermore, you are good at setting priorities and some hectic workflows are no problem for you.
In addition, the following is important to start work as a line operator:
- MBO working and thinking level
- Experience in a production environment and technical insight
- Good command of the English language (command of the Polish and/or Dutch language is a plus)
- Good communication skills
- No problems working in a refrigerated production environment where it is 8 degrees
- Willing to work a shifted day shift (6:00 - 15:00 and 12:00 - 21:00). Also works on Saturdays once every 2 weeks
