- Managing updates into SolidWorks
- Understanding of the available and needed options
- Understanding of the product structure (mechanical and electromechanical)
- Proposing improvements
- Identifying cost savings both on design and materials
- Managing the configuration of the product
- Understanding internal and external rules of configuration
- Identifying and proposing improvements in PLM for the team
- Being a problem solving person
- Following the project and ensuring that the delivery date will be respected
- Asking the different departments support in terms of prototyping, validation and implementation into the plant
- Ensuring a commitment of all the departments on the planning announce
- Engineering Master Degree (mechanical, electromechanical, …)
- Global experience in R&D; and/or production manufacturing environment (5-7 years)
- Proven knowledge in using and configuring SolidWorks
- Knowledge and comprehension of PLM (Bluestar is a plus)
- Language: French and English mandatory (B2). Other languages are a plus (Spanish)
- Promote collaboration
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
- Be responsive and accurate
- A full time permanent contract
