We are looking for multiple trainee sprayers for Broshuis in Kampen. Do you have affinity with technology but have not completed any technical studies? No problem! Broshuis will teach you everything.
Broshuis in Kampen builds beautiful and strong trailers. Will you be one of those enthusiastic trainee sprayers who will help to spray metal constructions, components and body parts? Then apply now!
- Salary between € 14.40 - € 17.30 gross per hour

- Two shifts 6am–3pm and 2:45pm–12am.
- An additional allowance of € 146.00 per month
- shift allowance of 13.3%
- Staff Association which organizes great events!
You don't need to have any specific training. What is important is that you like to work with your hands. Are not afraid to get dirty. Are enthusiastic and willing to learn a profession. Do you have a qualification? That's a plus!
What else do we ask of you?

- you are willing to follow instructions from someone else
- you have a professional work ethic
- you are reliable and keep your promises
- you speak Dutch and/or English
At first, you will mainly assist your experienced colleague. Once you have learned everything, you can start working as a full-fledged sprayer!
As an apprentice sprayer, you take care of the preparation, sanding, taping and spraying of the tankers. You work accurately and ensure a beautiful finish. When the tanker is fully sprayed, you clean everything up for the next tanker. The tanker can then move on to the next department.
It is an versatile role, sometimes you do the preparatory work, then the spraying and then the finishing up.
At Broshuis, you and your colleagues make sure that special transport can safely hit the road! The passion for special and container transport has grown into building beautiful, strong trailer combinations. Broshuis is characterized as an informal and no-nonsense family culture in which further personal professionalisation is an ongoing process.
You are going to work as a sprayer at Broshuis.
- Two shifts: from 06:00 to 15:00 or from 14:45 to 00:00. The Friday evening shift is from 14:45 to 20:00.
