Your key responsibilities as a Leasing Manager:
- Guide and inspire a team of leasing professionals to achieve and exceed leasing goals;
- Develop and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies to attract and retain residents;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly;
- Oversee leasing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations;
- Use property systems to monitor sales, leasing reports, and unit availability;
- Review financial and operational reports to address leasing performance issues;
- Oversee leasing activities, pricing, concessions, and move-in/move-out processes;
- Analyze market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
The salary indication for this role is 60k yearly including holliday pay.

Functie eisen
The ideal candidate:* Proven experience in leasing or property management;
* Strong leadership and team management skills;
* Experience driving leasing/sales performance and managing P&L and budgets in the property sector or similar;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
* Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience in sales and marketing event delivery;
* Knowledge of local real estate/ leasing market and regulations.
