Laboratory technician

Globally, Canpack Group employs nearly 8,000 people and produces impressive annual volumes, including approximately 25 billion beverage cans, 28 billion bottle caps, 1 billion metal containers for food and chemical products, and around 700 tons of glass packaging.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests and maintain thorough, accurate records;
• Analyze chemicals in the production process according to established specifications, instructions, and regulations;
• Interpret analysis results and identify deviations;
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities;
• Prepare detailed reports on the results of analytical tests and on analytical parameters, including planning, sampling, sample preparation, and interpretation;
• Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments and document results;
• Adjust settings on the SOF installation to meet required target parameters;
• Ensure all raw materials meet product specification standards;

• Educational background in chemistry (minimum of secondary level in chemistry, MBO);
• Experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, current testing standards, and good laboratory practices;
• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment;
• Competency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Monthly salary ranging from €3100 to €3600, based on experience;
• Reimbursement for travel expenses at €0.23 per kilometer;
• Full-time role with rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00;
