In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development of our key accounts, both in terms of knowledge enhancement and direct sales of project controls, motors, and services. You will identify new business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and promote products that align with the needs of our accounts. With your strategic approach and market analysis, you will contribute to increasing our market share and fostering sustainable relationships with customers and partners.
Functie eisen
- Is responsible for developing the key accounts in both knowledge enhancement and direct sales of project controls, motors, and services;
- Identifies new business opportunities within existing and new key accounts (certified specialists);
- Achieves the sales budget by guiding a specific group of clients in following up on relevant projects (leads) and successfully converting them into orders;
- Promotes (new) products;
- Analyzes the market, surveys accounts, develops account/partner plans, and implements action plans after validation by management:
- a. Gathers, interprets, and shares market information: customers, competitors, and potential other channels/customers;
- b. Monitors market developments to anticipate timely;
- Provides input (market share, price evolution, and sales budget) for the company's budget process split by project controls, motors, and services;
- Analyzes volume, turnover, product portfolio, and margin developments per customer and shares this information internally with relevant departments;
- Provides advice on market trends and trends as input for the company's strategy;
- Fulfills a "bridging function" with project-oriented sunshade companies. This is done by building a relationship, creating and executing plans.
