Junior Recruiter - Supply Chain & Operations

As a Supply Chain & Operations Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right talent in place to keep everything running smoothly. This is not your typical recruitment role - it’s dynamic, hands-on, and comes with significant responsibility. You’ll need to think fast, challenge hiring decisions when necessary, and take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish!

• Take ownership of the hiring process - from the initial outreach to the final offer, you’ll drive recruitment for operations, logistics, and supply chain roles.
• Build strong relationships - partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and support them in making strategic hiring decisions.
• Stay ahead of the curve - anticipate hiring needs and adapt quickly to new roles and shifting priorities.
• Think out of the box - come up with new ways to find the right talent, think of setting up traineeships or future leadership programs.
• Enhance and optimize - use data to refine hiring strategies, streamline processes, and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or similar field.
• 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or a related field.
• Drive - know your strengths and where you want to grow.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment where new roles pop up frequently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
• A hands-on, get-it-done mentality - if something needs fixing, you’re on it!
