Junior Recruiter - Strategy & Analytics

As a Strategy & Analytics Recruiter, you’ll find and attract the best analytical minds to help solve Picnic’s biggest business challenges. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to define hiring goals, launch creative initiatives, and ensure we continue to hire world-class talent!

• Be a talent matchmaker - work closely with hiring managers to crack the code on what makes the perfect Analyst for every team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an analytical or strategy-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills - you can pitch Picnic’s mission with confidence.
• Fluency in English and German is a plus.
• A data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
