The role
Financial Planning and Analysis:

· Prepare regular financial & statutory reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

· Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

· In coordination with the other Junior Business Controller assure accurate revenue reporting and invoicing of our Permanent placement and Contracts revenue

· Analyze margin deviations.

Budget Management:

· Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.

· Track and report on budget variances, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

· Provide guidance and support to HQ support department heads on budget management and expenditure control.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.

· Support in preparation accurate and timely financial statements.

· Support Group Controller to consolidate financial statements in our group consolidation software LucaNet

· Support external audits and tax filings, liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

· Be the back-up for the other Junior Business controller and/or Group Controller

· Assure accuracy in the payment processes by performing the 4 eye principle.
