Join a dynamic and international team within the European subsidiary of a global bank based in Amsterdam. As a Junior Financial Reporting & Regulatory Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in daily operations, financial reporting (IFRS), and regulatory compliance, including reporting to De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). As a Junior Financial Reporting & Regulatory Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in daily operations, financial reporting (IFRS), and regulatory compliance, including reporting to De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee periodic prudential regulatory reports, such as COREP, LCR, NSFR, Leverage Ratio, ALMM, and SRF, ensuring timely submission to senior management;
  • Monitor daily production of prudential regulatory ratios;
  • Stay updated on relevant prudential regulations and provide guidance on their interpretation to other divisions;
  • Maintain and update user specifications for IT systems related to prudential regulatory reporting;
  • Assist in implementing new IT systems for regulatory reporting, including business analysis and user acceptance testing;
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for prudential regulatory reporting, updating them as regulations evolve.​

Salary range depends on your background and experience but will be in the range of €3,300 to €4,000 monthly based on full-time of 37.5 hours per week, excluding holiday pay and a 13th month.

Functie eisen

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
* Ideally 2-3 years of experience within a banking or financial services environment;
* Proficient knowledge of IFRS accounting standards;
* Experience with EU/Dutch regulatory reporting (e.g., FINREP/BSI); familiarity with OneSumX is a plus;
* Strong accuracy, punctuality, and analytical skills;
* Ability to resolve complex reporting challenges systematically and with a solution-oriented mindset;
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous;
* International mindset with intercultural sensitivity.​
