As an engineer supporting our client’s Team ReTrack, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving more than 10 in-house developed software applications. These applications are built using modern Java and Kotlin technologies, based on the Spring Boot framework, and run on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work independently on stories and epics, balancing technical execution with collaboration with stakeholders on functional and technical designs.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of key applications that are vital to the logistics process, such as CloudSQL, PubSub, and BigQuery within GCP.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to tackle technical and functional challenges in a fast-changing environment.
Functie-eisen
- Experience with Java and Kotlin: You have experience developing modern applications using these languages.
- Knowledge of the Spring Boot framework: You are experienced in working within the Spring Boot ecosystem and can effectively utilize it.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Familiarity with CloudSQL, PubSub, and BigQuery, or a willingness to quickly get up to speed.
- Autonomous working style: You can independently manage your tasks and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Spring
- Logistics domain knowledge (preferable but not required)
- English: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
