Our IT organization is critical to maintaining the day-to-day availability of IT systems for clients and employees. We focus on ensuring the quality of our services, designing solutions, and addressing any IT disruptions quickly and efficiently. The IT team is also responsible for Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure.

Role Overview
As IT Service Continuity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience and continuity of our IT services globally. Working closely with three peers worldwide, you will manage IT Service Continuity processes across all regions. This includes overseeing all on-premise IT infrastructure, SaaS, and cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) process and plan.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service continuity.
  • Align IT resilience capabilities with business resilience requirements.
  • Participate in and ensure end-to-end testing for Service Continuity exercises.
  • Schedule risk reviews and collaborate with risk owners to assess current risks and mitigation actions.
  • Manage and escalate risks where service continuity is threatened.
  • Support Product Owners in creating and maintaining Service Continuity and Risk documentation.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure exercises meet quality standards (e.g., RTO/RPO).
  • Identify and govern ITSC-related risks while maintaining visibility of associated risks, issues, and improvements.
  • Report on the health of IT Disaster Recovery/failover services to Risk Committees, highlighting issues and remediation efforts.

Functie-eisen
  • Strong ability to quickly absorb information, identify key risks, gaps, and issues, and present findings concisely.
  • Proven experience in leading IT and business organizations to higher IT Service Continuity maturity.
  • Demonstrated track record in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), including managing assurance and risk-based processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure and high-availability architectures.
  • Solid understanding of Risk Management concepts and practices.
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in implementing and governing ITSCM standards and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with external suppliers.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Preference is given to candidates with a salary expectation between €60,000 and €75,000 per year, including 8.33% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek.
  • Higher salary is possible for exceptionally qualified candidates.
  • Freelance candidates will be considered, with a maximum hourly rate of €85.
