As an IT Business Partner (Customer Success Manager) at MM Flowers, you will drive service delivery excellence and manage end-to-end IT service relationships across the business. This role focuses on implementing technology and continuous improvement to transform the way we work. You will be a key figure in ensuring customer-centric decisions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and improving IT services. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the effectiveness of our IT systems and processes.
Critical Success Factors:
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to drive transition and change.
- Ensure IT services meet business requirements and align with operational needs.
- Engage with Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, and Support teams from both technical and process perspectives.
- Improve ITIL processes and collaborate with project teams to introduce new services and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, ensuring high-performance IT services.
- Conduct regular service reviews and influence senior management to drive continuous improvement.
- Challenge existing practices and make recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Take ownership of complex issues, shaping designs and delivering solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during major incidents and high-priority issues.
- Support the successful delivery of small projects and ensure effective communication with business stakeholders.
- Assist with incident management, prioritizing and improving problem management processes.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL framework for service delivery, including monitoring, control, and support processes.
- Oversee service introduction and transition quality, ensuring they meet operational needs.
- Manage change control and enhancement tracking across business systems.
- Engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), champions, and end users for meetings, training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Act as the ‘Champion’ for customers, collaborating with IT leadership and technical teams to deliver value-added services.
- Participate in an on-call support rota for business-critical issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to embrace change and engage teams and individuals in the process.
- Proactive, results-driven approach with strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong data analytical skills and experience in Manufacturing/FMCG environments.
- Ability to take a leadership role in IT incident escalations.
- Exposure to or interest in developing ITIL expertise.
