Informatie
The IT Business Analyst is a key player in the cooperation between IT and Business stakeholders. You drive to make complex changes happen within and across Tribes. Your holistic view as well as your knowledge of both Business and IT are crucial in the translation of business requirements to business value. You align between squads - from the same or different Tribe(s) - and other parts of the organization and manage dependencies.
Practically you will be working for the Tribes Mortgages. At first for large data design and data migration activities and secondly for the data analysis and mapping activities for the connections between Mortgages and multiple other domains.
You will be part of a Chapter of colleagues working in Core Bank & Advisory domain (core bank, mortgages, business lending & real estate finance, collections, lease & factoring).
Your key responsibilities
- Breakdown strategy and requirements into designs and ensure delivery
- You are expected to contribute to migration analysis, data migration design, data mapping, and data quality analysis.
- You address features (and underlying user stories) to the relevant squads and support in accurate feature development. You clarify the definition of done together with the product lead(s).
- You identify and manage risks and potential issues and offer improvements across teams.
- Organizing/creating runbooks for migration freezes & pipelines, and the Friends & Family use cases.
- Creating test scenarios & cases for data migration features
- Execution of test scenarios & cases for data migration features
- Together with relevant stakeholders (Architects, Product Leads, Infra), you align the priority of features.
- You are comfortable with collaboration and reaching out across Tribes and functional borders and serve as a liaison when needed. You easily connect and align stakeholders within all levels of the ING organization, from IT Lead to IT engineer and from Tribe Lead to internal ING user or external parties.
- You are able to implement changes in an end-to-end context covering all functional and non-functional aspects in close collaboration with multiple teams, including IT infrastructure dependencies. Therefore, you demonstrate an understanding of IT concepts and have significant knowledge of the IT landscape. You guide and challenge IT engineers when making implementation choices.
A colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen, enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a knack for always being a step ahead. In other words, you strive to bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a fast and complex environment. You are a naturally collaborative person who listens and invests in others to achieve common goals. You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems. You are result-driven.
