Join a team that is shaping the future of low and medium voltage electricity distribution, smart grids, and energy automation systems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge (inter)national data center projects, leading installation activities and ensuring seamless execution.
What are the responsibilities as a Site Supervisor?
- Lead and oversee all site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage contractors before and during project execution.
- Be the key decision-maker at the site, representing the project in management and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Identify and assess risks/opportunities, driving success at every stage.
- Manage and guide a skilled team, ensuring peak performance.
Functie-eisen
Your profile
- MBO/HBO qualification in electrical engineering or extensive experience (5 years and more) in the field.
- Hands-on experience with electrical equipment and installations.
- Intercultural mindset – comfortable working on international projects.
- Flexibility to travel – 3 weeks on-site, 1 week at home.
- Strong communication skills – English fluency (Dutch is a plus!).
- Valid driver’s license and EU passport.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- 8.33% holiday allowance
- 5% ADV allowance
- A net amount of €750 for setting up your home office (If applicable)
- A 13th month additional pay on top of your gross monthly salary
- Reimbursement of travel expenses
- Relocation allowance of €3000 (If applicable)
