AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is recruiting an experienced and driven International Sales Manager for a leading company in the animal nutrition industry. This key position focuses on expanding the company's presence and market share in South East Asia.
In this role, you will oversee distributor relationships and strategically position the company's premium animal nutrition products to meet regional market needs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the South East Asia market and be fluent in English, with additional language skills relevant to the region. Responsibilities include crafting strategic sales initiatives, training distributors, and driving the company’s growth objectives in a dynamic international setting.
This role is ideal for a commercially oriented professional seeking to make a significant impact in an international market while contributing to an ambitious strategy.
Tasks- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors across South East Asia.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Optimize distributor management to drive sales growth and improve market positioning.
- Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to distributors.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor regional sales performance, providing actionable recommendations to address challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a commercial role within the animal nutrition
- Fluency in English and a South East Asian language (like Thai, Vietnamese or Malay, etc.) is essential
- You must have a strong active network within the South East Asia Feed distribution channels
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Working remotely: this is possible when you currently live and work within the feed within South East Asia
