If you're ready to bring your interior decoration expertise to a global brand, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking for a Manager, Interior Decoration to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to source and implement creative elements that align with the brand's vision. Your role will focus on selecting and curating decorative items, furniture, and foliage for global retail, wholesale, and SIS concepts. You will ensure that these elements are executed effectively, supporting both the brand's aesthetic and operational needs across regions.
This is a temporary assignment that will last for 5 months.
In this position, you will be asked to:
- Collaborate with concept designers to conduct market and competitor research that informs future design directions;
- Create and present mood boards and concept presentations for leadership approval;
- Source creative elements, including furniture, decor, and foliage, ensuring alignment with project briefs and budget constraints;
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a cohesive, 360-degree design approach is applied to all projects;
- Maintain and update global design libraries, ensuring all guidelines are current and shared promptly with relevant stakeholders;
- Support showroom and mock store project activities, ensuring brand standards are met during the process;
- Actively engage with seasonal concept teams to stay updated on creative directions and align designs where applicable.
Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience. Furthermore, it is a full-time position for 5 months.

Functie eisen
In this position, we ask that you have:* Degree in interior styling or interior architecture;
* 5+ years of relevant experience in design and project management within a global retail context;
* Strong skills in Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience managing all design phases, from concept development to final execution;
* Deep knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity;
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
