As a Tech Recruiter, you'll attract and hire top tech talent, ensuring a perfect match with our culture and values. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, craft standout recruiter strategies, and engage with tech communities. From sourcing to offer negotiation, you'll own the recruitment process and help build a high-performing tech team.
For this assignment the all-in rate will be around €80/hour. Not a freelancer? We still welcome you're application! For this assignment it's also possible to work on a flexible contract via our agency.
How we will proceed?
Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Functie eisen
The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:* Bachelor's degree equivalent with relevant work experience;
* 4+ years of experience within tech recruitment;
* A proactive, target-driven mindset;
* Strong industry knowledge and networking skills;
* Ability to work both independently and in a team;
* Excellent command of the English language;
* Availability of at least 24 hours per week.
