We are looking for an HR Business Partner for an international food production organization in Utrecht!

In this role you will have a two main responsibilities, one side being a Senior HR Business Partner for a dedicated scope in a global pillar of the organization and on the other side having a role in a large HR project. We are looking for an HR Business Partner for an international food production organization in Utrecht!

Within this mission you will be able to learn and drive the best of both worlds, from detailed operation to high level strategic business impact.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Drive the HR Cycle (talent reviews, performance review, ASR, STI) for the global pillar and coordinate with local HR Business Partners in different countries;
  • Lead global engagement initiatives;
  • Manage day to day HR Operations for HR Business Partners (sick leave management, talent development, operational questions, recruitment etc.);
  • Support/Lead team journeys from building concept to facilitating;
  • Support leadership team members and be part of the leadership team meetings to (re)present HR;
  • Support change projects, which goes from organizational design, impact analyses, recruitment, mobility center, writing storylines to building communication & engagement preparation.

The position is for approximately 6 months from 01/10/2014 - 31/03/3025. We will offer you a rate around €80 per hour (all in) based on knowledge and experience.

Functie eisen

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

* Masters or bachelor's in Human Resource Management or related field.
* At least 5 years of work experience in a (strategic) HR role in an international organization;
* Full time available;
* Advanced English level (fluent speaking and writing);
* Experience in managing projects;
* Experience with change managements and -projects;
* Experience with reporting and data analysis.
