The ideal candidate will bring expertise in structuring and improving operations, minimizing manual processes, and suggesting and executing system improvements to drive efficiency.

We are looking an experienced Interim People Development Specialist. This role is crucial in not only supporting project management and system implementation but also in enhancing and optimizing the daily administrative tasks within SuccessFactors Learning(SFL). The ideal candidate will bring expertise in structuring and improving operations, minimizing manual processes, and suggesting and executing system improvements to drive efficiency.
- System Implementation & Project Management: Support system implementation projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure a smooth transition to new processes;
- Process Improvement & Execution: Utilize in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors to recommend and implement process optimizations;
- Optimize Administrative Processes: Analyze and refine day-to-day administrative tasks in SFL to reduce manual work and improve efficiency;
- Scheduling & Enrollment Optimization: Enhance the scheduling tool for learner enrollment (self and/or others), implement wait list functionality, and improve the setup of notifications and surveys;
- Learner Experience Enhancement: Build structured learner paths, ensuring ease of access to training and an optimized learning experience.

Functie eisen
* Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (SFL) in an operational and project implementation capacity;* Strong background in project management and system implementation;
* Ability to identify and implement system enhancements to improve the learner experience;
* Experience in process optimization: e.g. configuring enrollment workflows, notifications, surveys, and learner path;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
* Available for 32 - 38 hours a week. Where it is required to work two days in Hoorn, Monday is mandatory.
