A a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful implementation of a contract management solution. In this pivotal role, you will oversee every facet of the project from planning to execution and monitoring, ensuring we stay on track with both timelines and budget goals.

This is a long-term assignment, from November 2024 until the end of 2025.
- Lead project meetings, manage documentation, and track action items.
- Collaborate closely with the Legal Department and establish clear communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks through a comprehensive risk management plan.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from internal SMEs to improve project outcomes.
- Manage the project budget and track expenses to ensure financial compliance.
- Oversee vendor engagement and ensure adherence to project requirements and deadlines.
- Implement quality control processes to meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and oversee deployment of the contract management solution.
- Develop a change management strategy to support user adoption and provide training.
A great assignment of 32 hours in Utrecht, hybrid work is possible. This is a long-term assignment with a start date of November 2024 until the end of 2025. The hourly rate for a ZZP/Freelancer will be around 70-80 EUR, depending on your experience and seniority.

Functie eisen
* At least 5 years experience in project management.* Experience with implementing enterprise solutions and IT solutions.
* Strong attention to deadline, budgetary guidelines.
* Proven success working with all levels of an organization.
* Experience in the contract management domain is a big plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent command of English.
* Strong presentation skills.
