We are looking for a HR Advisor for an international food production organization in Amsterdam!
The core mission of the HR Advisor is to support the Global Talent Team to make the best impact in the ambitious transformational journey through leading specific animating/supporting HR cycles, HR projects, and equipping the team with relevant data, reporting, and analysis to make effective data-based decisions.

In this exciting role at the heart of the organization, you will join a talented HR team that supports Global Operations business unit, based at Amsterdam. Your responsibilities include:
- Translate the full annual HR cycle for DPA in close collaboration with the HRD for DPA & CBS counterparts. Work with HRBP's to clarify what it means for their respective functions (timeline clarification, communication approach, etc);
- Coordinate & ensure execution in line with the plan, working with the Coordinator team;
- Be a single point of contact for Benelux CBS programs & create plans (from conception to execution) to implement key global programs;
- Work on global Operations priorities, including HR KPI management, global learning platform & projects;
- Collaborate closely with other HR Advisor counterparts to ensure executional alignment;
- Support key HRBP activities as business-relevant & when time permits.
We will offer you a rate around €80 per hour (all in) based on knowledge and experience.

Functie eisen
Education & Experience:Education:
* Advanced English level (fluent speaking and writing);
* Masters or bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience:
* At least 2 years of work experience in an HR role;
* Experience in managing projects from ideation to execution;
* Experience working with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint;
* Experience with reporting and data analysis.
