We are looking for an interim finance professional to provide support to a newly implemented business unit within a large international FMCG organization in The Netherlands.
Based in Amsterdam, this is a temporary role for roughly 6 months and you will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, and material variance analysis within the business unit.

In this role, your responsibilities will be to:
- Support the first financial and revenue/forecasting cycle utilizing the newly implemented systems;
- Support the change management and way-of-working process for the business unit;
- Support and challenge local and regional teams to ensure accurate Spend Variance Analysis on Market effect, Productivities and Volume effects;
- Ensure consistency with monthly productivity analysis and annual standard prices evolution;
- Serve as the main liason to the other central business units in order to identify and resolve various issues.
Hourly rate for a freelance professional will be between €95 and €100 (incl travel) excluding vat. We can also offer a temporary contract with a monthly salary if you are not a registered freelancer. Functie eisen
* Master's degree in Finance or some kind of accreditation (ex: CPA/ACCA/Etc);* 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG/Procurement environment;
* Proven experience within material analysis and financial control;
* A strong analytical mindset, able to filter and implement new innovative ways to drive ROI;
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage, inspire, and lead others;
* Fluent in English Required.
