As the Change Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that business units successfully adapt to the shift towards a centralized external workforce management process. Reporting to the Project Manager of the External Workforce Project, and with oversight from the Director of External Workforce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive change strategy.
Your primary focus will be on enabling smooth adoption of new processes by managing stakeholders, providing targeted communication, and ensuring end-user readiness. Your success will be measured by user adoption and hiring manager satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a change strategy to facilitate smooth adoption of the new external workforce management process;
- Engage with stakeholders across all business areas, ensuring transparency and alignment;
- Organize and execute training sessions for end-users and relevant teams;
- Plan and lead sounding board meetings with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and address concerns;
- Implement a post-implementation monitoring process to measure success, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement;
- Analyze and understand current business processes to anticipate and manage the impact of changes.
The all-in rate for this assignment will be around €90 per hour. The assignment will be from 24/03/25 until 31/12/25. This position is also open if you're not a freelancer. In that case you will receive a temporary contract via our agency.

Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. Functie eisen
The ideal candidates meets the following requirements:* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
* Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale change management projects;
* Proven track record of successfully managing change in complex, international organizations;
* Strong understanding of HR processes and workforce management;
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
* Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
* Experience in a global corporate environment (pre);
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across different levels of the organization;
* Strong ability to navigate and influence in a matrix organization.
