As an Application Specialist, you are part of the company's EMEA IT Headquarters, located in Rotterdam, where you will be working with more than 170 colleagues, divided over 8 main teams. The Application Services Team is an informal and international-oriented team, with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The position is for a temporary role to cover maternity leave.

- Safeguard the overall process and the SLA for incidents and service requests;
- Maintaining and creating test plans related to projects or changes;
- Maintain relationships with vendors to create support that will benefit when doing application incidents, changes, and projects;
- Responsible for maintaining a healthy IT landscape;
- Responsible for change implementation following the company's Change Management process.
A great fulltime assignment in Rotterdam. Please apply with your availability date and your hourly rate.

Functie eisen
* Between 2 to 5 years of experience working in the Application management environment;* A Bachelor's degree (HBO) in the area of Information Technology is preferred;
* Broad general knowledge of IT and understanding of business processes;
* Experience in a global, cross-cultural enterprise environment;
* Experience with vendor management and supporting operational activities;
* Experience in development and basic knowledge of programming languages;
* Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Dutch is a pre;
