ASML is looking for an Integrated Product Planner to join our dynamic Planning and Delivery - Integrated Product Planning (IPP) department. This team plays a key role in managing the planning process across ASML, ensuring objective decision-making and successful product introductions. As an IPP Planner, you will be at the heart of ASML’s operations, working closely with senior management, various sectors within the company, and product teams to deliver strategic business solutions.
About the role
In this role as integrated product planner, you will be responsible for the health of the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) for Major, Routine, and MPS upgrade products. Your goal will be to drive business decisions, mitigate risks, capture opportunities, and ensure smooth product introductions. By aligning various teams and stakeholders, you will support the operations needed for successful product launches.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to translate customer demand into actionable plans.
- Work alongside factory, customer service, and other departments to create optimal production and capability plans for the next 2 years.
- Guide long-term planning decisions by working closely with IBP colleagues and representing the Integrated Business Planning team in cross-sector projects.
- Enable decision-making for investments that support long-term capacity planning.
- Ensure seamless execution of business plans and monitor progress by defining health indicators.
- Act as a key advisor and stakeholder for product teams within your scope.
- Present and report scenarios and consequences to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Business/Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Business Studies (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning in large, complex organizations.
- Background in product development, preferably within the high-tech industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to perform in-depth analyses while maintaining a high-level perspective.
- Self-assured and persuasive communicator in English, able to present complex scenarios clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
