  • Cooking Expertise: Showcase your skills in preparing a wide range of Indian dishes, including regional specialties, street food, and fusion creations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and effective communication.
  • Ingredient Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing of fresh and authentic ingredients, ensuring the highest quality in every dish.
