If you’re an expert in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and eager to drive impactful changes, we’d love to have you on board! As our HSE Officer, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a strong safety culture. You’ll lead risk assessments, recommend optimizations in production processes, and collaborate with management on key HSE investments. With your proactive and reactive approaches, you’ll ensure compliance with safety standards and make safety a shared priority throughout the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Suggesting enhancements to production processes, workplace layouts, equipment, and the handling of hazardous materials;
• Partnering with managers to ensure all employee and contractor activities comply with HSE regulations;
• Assessing proposed purchases and projects to verify they meet HSE criteria right from the planning stage;
• Managing adherence to global standards and spearheading HSE programs, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications;
• Conducting Risk Inventories & Evaluations (RI&E) and ensuring timely implementation of improvement plans;
• Delivering health and safety training to employees, particularly new hires, to establish a safety-first mindset across the team.
