We’re building the future of drive-thru using voice AI. Think voice-powered ordering that actually works—in real restaurants, with real accents, and real ROI. We’re live in multiple countries and scaling fast.
Our office? It’s scrappy. No ping-pong tables, no kombucha on tap. But the energy is real, the mission is clear, and the team is full of kind, sharp, ambitious people.
We’re looking for someone who can help us grow intentionally—by making sure we hire well, keep our people happy, and build a culture worth protecting.
Tasks🧑💼 People & Hiring
- Coordinate recruiting: schedule interviews, keep candidates moving, help evaluate
- Handle onboarding, contracts, and basic HR administration
- Make sure we stay compliant with Dutch employment law
- Be a culture carrier and team confidant
🏠 Office & Culture
- Keep the office functional, stocked, and welcoming (even if it’s not fancy)
- Manage groceries, coffee, and small ops tasks that keep us running
- Organize team lunches, offsites, birthdays, and tiny rituals that matter
- Watch out for culture and team energy as we scale
📣 Social & Brand Support
- Help promote Vox on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
- Capture behind-the-scenes photos and write short updates
- Help us show the world what we’re building and who’s building it
- Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch is a must for HR tasks)
- Super organized and good with people
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys helping others succeed
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, messy-but-magic startup environment
- Bonus: You’ve worked in HR, office ops, or done some social media before
- We’re a real startup—fast, focused, and still small enough to matter
- You’ll help shape how we work and who we become
- Everyone gets stock and a say in where we’re going
- You’ll work with a genuinely nice and ambitious team
- We’re based in Amsterdam, and we’re going global fast
