Independent recuiters has been exclusively appointed to handle the recruitment of the restaurant team. This is why we are looking for a Host or Hostess!
The Plesman. In March 2025, this new hotel and restaurant concept will open in Scheveningen, The Hague. This iconic building where dunes, forest, city and beach meet will house 100 hotel rooms, Lobby/bar, restaurant Suus and a deli. Independent recuiters has been exclusively appointed to handle the recruitment of the restaurant team. This is why we are looking for a Host or Hostess!
What will you be doing?
- Welcome each guest with a warm smile, ensuring their experience starts on a high note;
- Manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and guide guests to their tables with finesse;
- Keep the flow of the dining area smooth, managing wait times and providing updates to guests as a Host/Hostess;
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service;
- Maintain a clean and organized host station.

Functie eisen
What will you bring?* Experience in a similar host or guest-facing role is preferred but not required;
* A naturally friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality;
* The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure;
* Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages like Dutch are a plus;
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
* You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
