• Gross salary of € 14,09 per hour
• Chance of a permanent contract after half a year

We are looking for a warehouse employee for Fed-Ex in Utrecht that likes to learn. You like to follow training courses and get a forklift certificate. You can handle responsibility well and you work precise and accurately. You have an eye for detail and like to roll up your sleeves. The working hours are from 14:30 to 20:00 or from 15:30. This way you can easily combine this job with a study.

• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• You can request a VGB (this takes about 3 weeks);
• You are available at least 3 days a week.

You've probably seen a FedEx van drive by sometimes. These vans not only deliver packages, but also pick them up from different customers. At the end of the day these vans arrive at the warehouse in Utrecht. As a warehouse employee, you and your colleagues will unload all these vans. All packages are placed on a conveyor belt. You then use a scanner to sort all the packages so that they end up in the right container to go to Schiphol. Before you start working, you follow a number of training courses. You will then learn how to deal with dangerous goods and how to process air freight.

• Loading/unloading;
• Sorting packages with a hand scanner;
• Follow training courses and obtain a forklift certificate.
